Concierge Notes
Our Concierge Real Estate Notes in 2025 are used to purchase and/or improve real estate assets. These assets are either used as income producing properties and supply our noteholders with steady monthly passive income returns or for development, builds, and sales, providing our noteholders with higher rates of return in shorter amounts of time with shorter exit strategies. Our Notes are a vital part of our success but normally only occupy between 15-35% of the space in each project or acquisition we apply the notes to. Concierge Notes allow Concierge Companies to "make the pot larger" by merging company funds with noteholder funds thus making our profit volume larger for our company and our noteholders.

The Concierge Company brand consists of two main companies serving 8 states, Concierge Mortgage and Concierge Real Estate and Investment Co. Both Companies work in synergy on real estate projects but also work independently helping buyers, sellers, and borrowers meet their real estate transactional goals. Concierge Mortgage provides Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural financing to our borrowers and Concierge Real Estate and Investment Co provides multiple real estate services from assisting buyers and sellers buy or sell their home to renovating homes to everyday "around the house" real estate services. The Concierge Brand prides is itself on innovation, synergy, and being your one-stop solution to real estate, finance and passive real estate investing.

That is why our notes have no loopholes or hidden exit clauses. They are very simple and transparent. All financial transactions come with some level of risk but our noteholders can rest assured that no matter what challenges we endure, their financial security will be put first.
