Concierge Notes
Concierge Notes are used as a funding injection to accelerate growth for Concierge Companies. They are a vital part of our success but normally only occupy between 15-35% of the space in each project or acquisition we apply the notes to. The funds from our notes are used to purchase real estate or land, fund supplies or services for renovation contracts, purchase business leads with conversion factors, help fund a Concierge division start-up or to purchase an existing business to convert to the Concierge Brand of companies that adds value to the Concierge Brand. Concierge Notes allow us to "make the pot larger" by merging company funds with noteholder funds thus making our profit volume larger for our company and our noteholders.

The Concierge Company brand consists of two main companies serving 8 states, Concierge Mortgage and Concierge Real Estate and Investment Co. Concierge Mortgage provides Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural financing to our borrowers and to Concierge Real Estate and Investment Co. Concierge Real Estate and Investment Co. is made up of six subsidiaries: Concierge Construction, Concierge Getaways, Concierge Property Management, Concierge Renovations, Concierge Moving and Concierge Notes. All subsidiaries work independently but also provide services to each other. The Concierge Family of Companies prides is itself on innovation and synergy, providing lifestyle value to our Concierge Family of borrowers, clients, partners, and noteholders year in and year out.

That is why our notes have no loopholes or hidden exit clauses. They are very simple and transparent. Furthermore, we honor the belief that giving yields prosperity and we commit to prioritizing our noteholders financial interests. All financial transactions come with some level of risk but our noteholders can rest assured that no matter what challenges we endure, their financial security will be put first. This allows our bond with our noteholders to strengthen every year.
